 Improve the community development and housing that is affordable to individuals of low or moderate income and groups such as SSI and SSDI recipients giving one the option to become a home owner through our tiny homes. Weekly education meetings will be offered such as AA, financial development, and education of government programs such as SNAP, DARS, and Medicaid and Medicare. Our mission is to address housing concerns within one's community using the biopsychosocial model, which will help individuals get connected to their local community resources while using their financial resources to the best of their abilities.   

We believe in empowering you by providing education regarding financial development and enabling one to own property that is affordable. We believe everyone should be given an opportunity and educated regarding their community, mental health, and preventive health and how multiple things can affect one's income. We value people and each community we impact, and listen to feedback provided by our community to move forward in the housing development.

Our business organizes and aim at making desired improvements to a community's social health, well-being, and overall functioning. Through working with community-based programs and listening to feedback from the community. While, buying properties within the community directly from the merchant or at a fraction of the cost directly from the city. Making it affordable with one being able to rent or buy a tiny home, without unnecessary fees such as having 2X’s the rent amount or having to submit a back ground check. By offering someone the opportunity to buy/rent a home within their community, we are also offering one to learn financial management by only offering direct deposit for rent.
